Sometimes we find the boys sleeping in the funniest places!

Baby Alyssa

Stryder and Ari enjoyed holding their newest cousin - Alyssa Mae Lewis born July 3rd 2008. Mom and Janie are jealous of Alyssa's gorgeous head of hair!

BBQ and Fireworks

We had a family dinner and games while we waited for the Fourth of July fireworks. The kids played with glow sticks like light sabers. The fireworks were a little loud for the kid's ears but they still enjoyed the backyard show. Then we watched the stadium fireworks from our roof (no picture of this- mom was too scared)

Fourth of July Parade

We watched the Fourth of July Parade in front of Dragon's Keep. We sat with our friends Zac & Skyler, Nathan & Tyler, and Ammon & Shea. When the Star Wars Characters passed by Ari yelled "We love your game!" (referring to the Star Wars Lego game on the Wii).

Time for a Crib

I caught Janie trying to climb out of her bassinett. She is the only child I've had try to do this (the others got too big for the bassinett before they learned how to climb out.) Time for a crib for Janie - she looks so little in it!

6 Month old Janie

Janie at 6 months - she started feeding herself crackers. She loves soft animals - here she is playing with one that's almost as big as her! But that's not saying much, Janie is a tiny little squirt. She was in the 1st percentile for weight and 14th for length at her 6 month checkup. She is pictured next to her 2 week younger cousin Shea.

Comic Box Terrain

Stryder has a great imagination and loves to play with figures wherever he can. I found him improvising in the office using the Dragon's Keep comic boxes as terrain for his characters. He used the camera to take the picture of the figures here.

2 Spidermen or Stryder and Ari? These little monkeys literally climb the walls!

Costume Party

Maybe this is where our kids get their love of costumes. We got dressed up for John Ortiz's 40th-Surprise-Costume-Birthday Party.

Playing in the Rain

We had a lot of rain one day and the water flooded up onto the sidewalk. The boys enjoyed splashing and playing in the puddle/river.

Janie's Blessing

Janie Elizabeth Jensen got to share her blessing with a lot of family. She wore her the same dress her mommy was blessed in quite a few years ago!

Grandma and Grandpa Browning Return from Jerusalem

We were so happy to have Grandma and Grandpa Browning return from Jerusalem! We went to the airport with Jon and Diana to meet them.

4 month old Janie discovers her tongue

Janie is now 4 months old. In addition to her sweet smiles she has discovered her tongue and makes us laugh with the silly faces she makes.

Don't mess with this 2 year old

Isaac may only be 2 but he is surely one of the boys.

Superhero Ari

The boys really love to dress up as Superheroes, especially Ari. I caught this shot of him taking off his church shirt to reveal his true identity underneath.

Let's get it started

I started this blog to share the latest family videos, stories and pictures of our sweet family (mainly the kids). Stryder is 5 1/2, Ari is 4, Isaac is 2 and Janie is just about 3 months.

We went to the zoo last week and I got a video of Stryder's latest accomplishment - swinging across the rings on the playground.
